Liquid I.V. Student Ambassador Program – Migration Brief

OVERVIEW 

Effective August 27th, we will be fully moved to Traackr – the new hub for our Liquid I.V. Student Ambassador Program.  Traackr is an influencer campaign management platform that will support easier communication, real time updates for your address, sizing, or other information, and automated social post tracking so we never miss your content!

Please note, you likely answered many of these questions when you first joined the program.  To ensure we have the most up-to-date information, please complete all fields again.

MIGRATION

  1. You should have received an email from Traackr, hello@traackr.com. Access the Liquid I.V. SAP Campaign on Traackr by clicking View Creative Brief:

 

  1. The link will take you to Traackr to begin setting up your profile. Sign Up for Traackr by completing the requested fields:

3. Once you create your account and verify your email, you should be prompted to set up your Instagram and complete the questionnaire including 10 questions. Please answer all questions:

4. After you complete the questionnaire, you will have access to see the campaign brief. By clicking the ‘see brief’ button, you will be taken to the campaign home page. At the top of the home page, click the ‘accept’ button to participate in the campaign.

5. Add hello@traackr.com and LIVambassador.ca@unilever.com to your safe sender list to ensure you never miss an email from us!

FAQ

Q:   How do I update information on my profile (ex. Addresses, sizing, etc.)?

A: Click the profile icon in the top right corner // Proceed to ‘edit profile information’ // Here you can update your address, sizing, phone number, etc.

Q:  What if I run out of product?

A: Product refills will be sent out every 4 months. You will receive an email from us each time a quarterly refill is sent, with a tracking number for reference.

Q:   How do I know what Liquid I.V. events and activations are happening throughout the year?

A: Follow us on social! @liquidivcanada on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
